“Wakeboarding, and Wakeskating are two of the fastest growing boardsports in the world. Kids from all over the world are constantly getting their hands on boards, trying new things, inventing crazy tricks, and different ways to ride boards on any type of waterway. Videos and magazines, are what everyone in the sport lives for, to see their fav riders, up and coming riders, reading articles, what kind of new things are being invented, and the latest tricks people are doing. Its basically every kids dream within the sport to make it to the center, the mecca, of wakeboarding and wakeskating, and that is Orlando Florida. Especially Canadians, as our season is much shorter, and most of it is colder than other areas where the sport is massive. This documentary will show that the ultimate dream is possible for kids all over Canada and the world to persue their love for the sport. It's something thats never been documented, or covered as a film for Canadians and in the sport. It will cover all aspects of the sport from travelling, riding, inventing, creating,  and even hardships. It will be awesome coverage for everyone, and bring a new aspect to the traditional wake films from just being a bunch of riders with standard "trick style parts" to actually showing and documenting a travel style trip of riding in various locations, and the main goal of reaching the mecca. For this trip, we have the some of the most progressive, pro level, and up and coming riders from the canadian scene, who have all established massive respect within in the sport, and industry. We have some of the most creative filmers to date in the sport, with ideas, camera equiptment, and editing skills, that can hang with the best. I couldn't think of a better combination of people to be involved with this documentary film and the end results and trip itself are going to be amazing! “

“I believe the wake industry is in need of more roads trips to show the world that is doesn't matter where you come from or how long your season is. If you have the drive and passion for what you believe in then no matter the distance or time, you'll make it work for the sake of love.”
